Our Twin apartments feature one spacious bedroom with Twin bed or Double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and stylish living area with high-quality furnishings. Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. All apartments have a large balcony to eat, drink or just sit and enjoy the view. The sofa can also be converted into an extra bed.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Chek-In<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your room will be ready to move in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Chek-Out<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On the day of departure, we ask you to release it by 11:00 am. Otherwise, our cleaning team will surprise you. But feel free to ask for a late check-out, we are flexible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Safe indoor and outdoor parking amenities for guests, during their stay. For indoor parking, we ask for a small extra fee. Out door charger for electrical cars is available.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What`s Included<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your stay includes all the necessary amenities. You will also have access to facilities such as the fitness center and on-site restaurant. Free parking on the outside parking. You will have access to self-service washer and dryer and there is in-door bike wash facilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have a safe space for your bike. A storage unit designed to keep bicycles safe from theft and damage. These lockers are made of heavy-duty materials and are equipped with high-quality locks to prevent unauthorized access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We require a minimum two nights stay throughout the year. If you cancel up to 21 days before arrival, you can cancel free of charge. If you cancel between 21 days and 14 days before arrival, we must charge 50% of the booked event. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, we charge 90% of the total price. Reservations are only binding upon written confirmation from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
